Josh Godin moved to China in 2007 to study at Beijing Foreign Studies University. From 2009 to 2011, Godin was a partner at Fast Training, an intercultural communications training firm. His clients at Fast Training included the Beijing government and Peoples’ Liberation Army Hospital 304, as well as such multinationals as Tieto and Radvision. He has also consulted for a variety of companies negotiating and solving issues with their suppliers in China.
In 2011, Godin was the China Region general manager for the Cleveland International Fund, an Ohio based EB-5 Regional Center. During his tenure with CIF, Godin facilitated the raising of $105 million dollars in EB-5 investment from Chinese investors. He has extensive experience working with Chinese immigration agencies, as well as in managing the I-526 application process. He has presented marketing seminars on EB-5 investment projects throughout China, and is a leading expert on raising EB-5 capital on the Mainland.
Josh has raised more than $150M of EB-5 funding in China, and has over 250 approved I-526 and 100 approved 829 applications.
Godin is currently a member of E.O. (Entrepreneurs Organization) Beijing Chapter.
